Cancellation Policy for Tours and Arrangements 30 days or more before the start date: 10% cancellation fee (to cover handling and arrangement costs). 29 to 15 days before: 30% cancellation fee. 14 to 6 days before: 50% cancellation fee. 5 days to 72 hours before the start: 80% cancellation fee. Within 72 hours before the start: 100% cancellation fee. Notes: All refunds will be made less any applicable bank transfer fees, credit card/PayPal transaction fees, and currency conversion losses.
